When Cohiba started in 1963, it was a private roll specially made by cigarette makers for Cuban leader Castro. Soon became Castro's favorite. Cohiba Cohiba is an existing post-revolutionary brand founded in 1966.

Cohiba Siglo II was launched in 1994 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Columbus's landing in Cuba. Each number in the Century Series, from one to five, represents five centuries of style cigars.
Tasting Note
It starts with cream, honey, and leather, and the obvious leather aroma spreads from the mouth. In the middle and later stages, the rich aroma of milk, leather and wood intensively cover the taste buds, and the changes in levels are very obvious. The taste is smooth and creamy, with hints of cardamom mixed in. The mellow aroma also has a strong peppery flavor, and the mellow taste has typical cedar wood and earthy flavors, which are rich, varied and delicate.
